Eligibility

Individuals who hold a valid Gloucester County Library System borrower's card, are unable to visit the library in person due to illness or disability, have completed an application for Homebound Service, are a resident of one of the Gloucester County Library System's 14 member communities.

Description

Provides a free service for ill or disabled library patrons who have no other way to access library materials. A Reader's Advisor assists the patron in choosing materials from books, videos, and music CDs available in the library's collection. The materials are delivered to the patron by a library volunteer, who will return for pick up. Items may be borrowed for 4 weeks, and may be renewed for an additional 4-week period if desired.
