Application process
Applications are available each year from November through February. During these months, applications can be downloaded from the website or can be requested by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the agency's mailing address.To complete the application, applicants will need to have the following documents available: - Proof of income - Most recent transcript/letter of acceptance - Two, nonfamilial letters of recommendationThe application deadline is March 1st. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail. Questions cannot be answered by phone.
Eligibility
Open to low-income women, ages 35 and older, who are pursuing a technical/vocational, associate, or bachelor degree. Applicants must be United States citizens, meet income eligibility guidelines, and be currently enrolled in/accepted to a non-for-profit, regionally accredited institution.
