Eligibility

Residents of the service area who meet the following requirements:- Must be employed- Can provide proof that all other financial resources have been exhausted- Income cap is $45,000- Rent cannot exceed 50% of clients net income- Eviction notices may be required, but it depends on the program that is offered; call for more information.

Description

Provides one-time temporary financial assistance, and housing relocation and stabilization services to individuals and families who are currently homeless, or in immediate danger of becoming homeless in Union County. Individuals and families who are already homeless will receive assistance moving into affordable, permanent housing.

Its programs include: preschool centers, transitional home for men living with HIV/AIDS, and counseling programs for those struggling with abuse and addiction.
