Description

Facilitates the administration of Children's Mental Health by aiding in identifying behavioral health care needs for children up to age 21. Assists young adults aged 18-21 with service histories in transitioning from the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP and P), the Children's System of Care (CSOC), and the Juvenile Justice System (JJS) to the adult system. Offers information and referral services to consumers and families regarding the continuum of care for children with special emotional and behavioral issues.
