Aims to aid with eviction, foreclosure, rent collection, tenant repair, Section 8/public housing problems, housing discrimination, domestic violence, divorce, child custody/support/visitation, bankruptcy, collections, credit access, utility billing/shut-offs, consumer fraud, benefits like TANF, GA, SSI/SSD, Food Stamps, unemployment, pay/benefits withholding, Medicaid/Medicare, Charity Care, private insurance, health care access, prescription drug coverage, residency, powers of attorney, guardianships, nursing homes, and healthcare issues.

Application process

Applications for legal help are accepted on behalf of low income people with civil legal problems. Call to schedule an appointment/interview for services.

Eligibility

Open to low income individuals who are financially eligible. Income must fall within 150% - 175% of Federal Poverty level, depending on the type of legal problem. Call for more information.
