Offers one-on-one information and counseling for Medicare beneficiaries to help them understand what benefits they are entitled to. Benefits include: Medicare parts A, B, and D coverage; Medigap; HMO; PPO; and long-term care policies.

Coordinates and plans various services for residents ages 60 and older. Provides funding and support to community organizations benefiting older adults in Bergen County, information and assistance, aid to older adults and caregivers, and support for homebound individuals accessing long-term care options.
