Children's Mobile Response and Stabilization Services | Center for Family Services
The Children's Mobile Response and Stablization Services (CMRSS) program provides immediate 24/7 mobilization of crisis staff to homes, schools or other safe locations where youth between the ages of 5 through 18 are experiencing behaviors putting them at risk of out-of-home placement or hospitalization. Stabilization services include brokering and referrals for services designed to moderate crisis and keep child at home safely and in the community.

Eligibility
Children between ages 5 and 18 (or up to 21 if involved with the system at their 18th birthday), who are experiencing changes or escalation of behaviors that are disrupting family functioning and putting the child at risk of a change in living arrangements.
