Provides emergency financial assistance to families and individuals facing homelessness or a housing crisis such as eviction, utilities shut-off, or foreclosure. Also provides emergency financial assistance for back rent, mortgage, security deposit, and utility bills. Does not provide shelter assistance or placements.
