Offers free and confidential services to victims of sexual violence and their family members, irrespective of the timing or legal actions taken. Services encompass a 24-hour hotline for crisis intervention and accompaniment to legal proceedings, along with forensic evidence collection and counseling. Additionally, the program provides legal advocacy, prevention programs, and community education.

Eligibility
Counseling and support services (including accompaniments) are available to individuals age 13 years and older. If the survivor is ages 13-17, parental guardian or Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P, formally DYFS) consent is required as well as the consent of the survivor (for in-person services).
