Offers to serve displaced women such as a homemakers, caregivers, widows, divorcees, or those who have become displaced due to separation or spouse deployment, and must now enter or return to the job market. Services include: Career counseling, Interest testing, Life skills workshops, Legal Clinics, Educational opportunities, Employment assistance, Resume writing, Job search support, Computer training groups, Various support and self help groups.
