Description

Facilitates a variety of health-related support groups in the community, led by health professionals who provide support and answer questions. Groups include Arthritis Support Group, Baby & Me Morning, Breastfeeding Support Group, Caregivers for the Elderly Support Group, Fibromyalgia Support Group, Kids Klub & Parent Corner, Postpartum Adjustment, Talking, Listening & Caring (TLC) for New Moms, Teen Diabetes Group, Toddler Time, and UNITE Grief Support. Most groups convene monthly.
