Application process

An agency referral is required. The program accepts referrals from the DCP&P, Catholic Charities, IDRC, Parole, and Probation. Self referrals are also accepted.

Fees

Accepts Medicaid, commercial insurances, and self pay with a sliding scale fee system available.

Description

Offer trauma-informed, person-centered care for adults through both Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and standard outpatient services in a judgment-free environment, enabling individuals to work, attend school, and stay with their families while receiving treatment.
