Description
Provides Medicare beneficiaries counseling on health insurance choices, assistance in answering Medicare insurance issues, and help with forms, problems, questions and billing problems. SHIP volunteers receive intensive training from State Division of Senior Affairs in conjunction with State Department of Insurance.
