Description
Offers a community-based, family-centered neighborhood hub providing support, information, and services. Core services comprise of information on child, maternal, and family health services, linking to publicly-funded health insurance programs, referring to local health care services, developing plans addressing family stability challenges, economic self-sufficiency, employment-related, and job readiness training services, information and referral services to off-site resources, life skills training on budgeting, nutrition, etc. Provides housing-related services, parent education and parent-child activities, and advocating for community members.
