Through a lottery selection process, applicants gain access to training opportunities covering education expenses such as tuition, textbooks, and certification exams. Course offerings encompass Certified Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, Nursing (Registered Nurse), Patient Care Technician, and Physical Therapy Assistant.

Eligibility
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident.- Must be at least 18 years of age.- No criminal record.- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) participant or low-income.- Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) scores of 9th grade level or higher in Reading and Math. Testing is waived for applicants with proof of college degree.- Must agree to provide consent to have personal data accessed as part of the research study.
