Provides once a year emergency assistance for either a one time payment for 100 gallons of oil, kerosene, coal, etc. OR up to $450 toward utility back bill with a shut-off notice. The program also provides heating/HVAC system repairs and/or replacements during the contract year to seniors, ages 60 or older, who are homeowners.
