Description

Provides lease-based housing with on-site supportive services for tenants. Connects individuals with special needs to affordable housing and supportive services enabling stable, independent living in community settings. Housing is permanent so long as tenants meet rent and lease obligations. Various models exist for developing and managing supportive housing through partnerships among housing developers, property managers, and social service providers.
