Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) | Community Hope
Offers a homeless prevention and rapid re-housing program which provides assistance to veterans and their families, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to maintain their housing, or to rapidly re-house those who have recently become homeless. The program operates under a "housing first" model that prioritizes housing stability for veterans. For veterans and their families who are eligible for this program, SSVF may provide temporary financial assistance with regards to costs related to housing stability, such as security deposits, rental payments, utility bills, and daycare.

Eligibility
- Individual/Head of household or his/her spouse must be a United States veteran who served in active military, naval, or air service and discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable.- Individual/Family must fall below 50% of area median income- Must be currently homeless OR imminently at risk of becoming homeless- Must reside or plan to reside in the service area
