Personal Care Program - Short Term | Senior Citizens United Community Services (SCUCS)
Offers seniors who are recovering from an illness or injury that may not require full-time medical assistance but are in need of some personal help with daily activities like bathing, laundry and housekeeping duties. The Personal Care Program offers Camden County residents home health aide care twice a week for two hours at a time (up to 48 hours a year) for four to six weeks.

Application process
Please call the agency to apply for the program. A physician's certification is required. A social worker will make a home visit to assess the client's needs and appropriateness for the program. A waiting list may be in effect.
Eligibility
Open to frail or ill Camden County residents, ages 60 and older, with physician's certification.
