Description

Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) offers community-based case management and outreach services for adults who are dealing with a serious and persistent mental illness and are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless. This program also provides targeted case management services for military veterans experiencing homelessness and mental health issues.

Atlantic Homeless Alliance is a collaboration between Jewish Family Services of Atlantic Services and the Atlantic County Board of Social Service. Developed to assist individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in Atlantic County
