Description
Supporting families proactively to prevent crises, the program provides wrap-around resources and primary and secondary child abuse prevention services. Core services include accessing information on child, maternal, and family health services, linking to publicly-funded health insurance programs, referring to local health care services, developing plans to address family stability challenges, offering economic self-sufficiency and employment-related services, providing information and referral services, conducting life skills training, offering housing-related support, facilitating parent education and parent-child activities, and advocating for families.
