Empowering individuals to cultivate general, non-job-specific strengths and skills essential for enhancing employability within paid employment opportunities, within an integrated community setting. These skills encompass effective communication with supervisors, coworkers, and customers, as well as the ability to follow directions, complete tasks, and solve workplace problems. The program fosters exploration of vocational skills, habits, interests, and goals, collaborating with individuals to determine the most suitable training program. By fostering an environment of choice and providing training, the program facilitates stability and success. Transportation to the Community Access Center is provided.
