Description

Provides case management and training services are available to support individuals with disabilities, ages 21 and older, who live independently in their own homes. The program assists clients with:- Meal preparation- Money management- Vocational issues- Skills training- Accessing community resourcesInformal counseling and recreational activities are also available to clients in the program. Client homes located throughout Bergen and Passaic counties.

Porvides services which include Prevention, Early Intervention, Family Support, Respite, Companion Program, After School Program, Saturday Program, Summer camp, Adult Day Programs, Group Homes and Apartments, Vocational Training, Job Placement and Supported Employment, Recreation, Social Enterprise Business, Guardianship & Trust Management Services.
