Community Connections Outreach - Gloucester Township | Center For Family Services
Provide support to families with children up to 18 years old struggling with meeting basic needs through the Family Outreach Program, offering free in-home services including counseling, psychoeducation, active parenting groups, advocacy, 24/7 on-call crisis support, and connections to community services. Program goals include developing communication and advocacy skills, linking families to basic needs services, teaching effective parenting strategies, and providing stress reduction, management, and coping skills. Services are available in Spanish and are provided free of charge.
