Wellness and Immunization for Head Start Children | Jewish Renaissance Medical Center
Administering preventative health and health maintenance for the children and parents of the Newark Pre-School Council's Head Start program, currently serving over 2,300 infants and children ages 6 weeks to 5 years, JRMC conducts full wellness checks upon enrollment, submits evaluation reports with screening indicators, identifies prospective risk factors, and ensures accurate, complete, and current immunization schedules for all Head Start children, registering them into the New Jersey Immunization Information System when newly immunized.
