Description

Provides supportive services to individuals with a serious mental illness to help successfully live within the community. Services include: case management, housing assistance, counseling, advocacy, service linkages, illness management, peer support, life skills, education and employment assistance, and transportation services.

Offers a full continuum of services including prevention programs, crisis intervention, outpatient therapy and psychiatric services, substance abuse services, therapeutic foster case, residential programs, juvenile detention alternatives, case management, and developmental disability services. Includes a special education school.
