Description
Aims to improve or sustain the health and wellness of senior citizens, ages 60 and older, through different programs. Services include: health education, screenings, and resources; a Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program; wellness fairs; a Steps to Healthy Living program; and nutrition counseling.
