Open to children, ages 0 through 21, who have developmental disabilities, multiple disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and other special needs.

Required documents

Court documents, GED certificate, GPA/class ranking, immunization records, medical/dental records, psychiatric/psychological assessment.
