Description
Provides a variety of free services to individuals with HIV/AIDS, including HIV case management, individual and group counseling, a weekly dinner/support group, and opioid abuse treatment. Those enrolled in the case management program may access emergency financial assistance for needs such as utility shut-off, lack of food, or lack of medication.

Offer outpatient Substance Use Disorder and Co-Occurring Disorder services, as well as HIV services. Services include individual counseling, group counseling, Intensive Outpatient Program, Medication Assisted treatment, psychiatric care, Anger Management and HIV services. Narcan trainings and family prevention services are also available.
