Open to adults 21+ with DDD/Medicaid approval for Day Habilitation, Community Inclusion, or Pre-Vocational Training in the service area.

Description

Provide functional skills at three levels: Basic (daily routines, social/emotional intelligence), Intermediate (technology, personal care, living skills), and Advanced (community immersion). Focus on holistic personal growth using person-centered planning with a small staff-to-adult ratio of 1:3 or 1:5.

Offers a variety of vocational training and work experiences for adults with disabilities who are not ready for supported employment. Provide adults with choices and experiences in contract work, career exploration, health education, travel training, self-advocacy, community-based activities, and structured and sequential steps leading to employment outcomes.
