Supportive Housing for Disabled Individuals | Project Freedom
Provides barrier-free housing for individuals with disabilities in order to help them live independently as possible. Each apartment is designed for people who use wheelchairs or have other disability-related needs. Also provides assistance with applying for rental subsidies.
