Provides emergency assistance to recipients of WFNJ/TANF/GA and SSI. Benefits include, but are not limited to: shelter and household furnishings, temporary rental assistance or housing costs, utility payments and some moving expenses.

The County Boards of Social Services provide a variety of financial, medical and social services to persons and families who meet the necessary program criteria.
