Offers a wide range of intensive outpatient services which may be coordinated by a case manager and may include:- Individual and group counseling- 12-step meetings- Social and recreational activities- Educational and vocational services- Life skills training- Primary health care- Perinatal health care- A program for family members- Relapse prevention services- A continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development)

Please call or walk in for more information and/or to apply. One of the following documents are required for intake: - Birth certificate - Driver's license - County ID (preferably a picture ID) - Social Security card - Medicaid or other insurance card
Fee
Accepts Medicaid and self pay. The Fee for Service Initiative (FFS), SAI, Drug Court, and DUII are also available.
Eligibility
Open to New Jersey residents, ages 18 and over, who have a substance/alcohol use disorder with or without a mental health problem (mild to moderate severity). Applicants must not be currently in high school.The following populations are offered priority status by the agency: - HIV positive individuals - Veterans - Pregnant women - IV drug users - Those referred from the Syringe Access programs
