Programs encompass a first-time homebuyer initiative focusing on budgeting, credit, mortgage application, contract negotiation, closing, and homeowner responsibilities. Seminars cover topics like credit enhancement, budgeting, savings, and banking. The Foreclosure Prevention/Intervention program refers individuals facing foreclosure for assistance. The Savings & Incentives program offers counsel for savings clubs in readiness for homeownership. The Landlord Tenant Counseling program addresses eviction prevention, leasing referrals, Section 8-related housing matters, and provides rental and utility assistance.
