Provides counseling and assistance to individuals on Medicare. The division can also offer clients explanations on supplemental or Medigap insurance policies. Outreach and enrollment assistance can include any of the following:- Provides individual assistance with the completion of enrollment forms- Provides consumer education about special Medicare benefits- Provides educational in-service and technical assistance to community-based and social service agencies
